Rhett T. Kasparian - President

Rhett is a results-oriented trainer, motivator, mentor and personal coach. As General Manager, he opened and managed career management/advancement offices in both Seattle and Portland, receiving numerous Career Management awards and accolades. His dynamism is contagious. He developed his sales, marketing and training skills in the Banking and Risk Management industries. Traveling throughout the U.S. giving seminars and presentations, he learned to adapt corporate marketing strategies to individuals, how to enlist the help of others to accomplish goals and objectives, and how to remain positive and upbeat in spite of setbacks. Rhett now uses his unique hands-on and animated style to make a difference in other people's lives. Rhett has a degree from University of Utah in Organizational Communications, with a minor in Spanish, and is a member of the International Association of Career Management Professionals. Rhett has recently been nominated to the Business Journals prestigious "40 under 40" awards for business success.
Stephen D. Richter - Partner

Steve is an action-oriented leader and coach with over 15 years experience in organizational development and career management. His diverse background in sales and marketing, business operations and education provides job seekers with a wealth of knowledge. Steve was the CEO of a career consulting company in Utah where he helped thousands of individuals regain a sense of momentum, balance and clarity in their lives. He has also been a partner in a multi-store retail business where he served as President overseeing all company operations. Throughout his career, Steve has always served as a coach or mentor whether in the business, social service, higher education arenas or as a community volunteer. Steve is an energetic and enthusiastic career coach who combines fresh, innovative and proven approaches to career change. His commitment to excellence and belief in others coupled with a passion for individual success and achievement is what drives him in his career. Franklin A. Alvey, Ph.D. - Senior Vice President

Franklin is a writer, counselor, educator and leader with a personal and professional life that epitomizes excellence and accomplishment. He was Chief Operations Officer of one of the Northwest's leading non-profit consulting organizations dealing with youth-at-risk, where he received many prestigious professional and community awards for his dedication to mankind. As a District Sales Manager, he represented one of this nation's largest telecom companies with sales over $6 billion. Franklin believes strongly in the value of education having attended Oregon State University, University of Oregon, and University of Washington. He holds a Bachelors of Theology, a Masters in Communication, and a Doctorate in Economics respectively. Franklin has a uniquely engaging style that comes from a genuine interest in people. Daren V. Gates - West Coast Director

Daren is a results-oriented motivator and mentor with a passion for personal development, helping people in all aspects of their lives, with a special focus on their career and job search. Daren began working in the career services industry in 1997 and has won nearly every major award offered in both career coaching and job placement. He first developed his sales and marketing skills in the Investment and Finance industry achieving national recognition for his ability to establish and build client relationships nationwide. He has traveled throughout the U.S., England, Spain and China giving seminars and presentations that have helped individuals build their respective careers. His interpersonal style is refreshingly real and down-to-earth. Daren has a degree in Communications from Southern Utah University with a double major in Public Relations/Advertising and Radio/Television. He graduated with top academic honors and received the Outstanding Freshman of the Year award along with the Sigma Gamma Chi outstanding junior award, which is given to only one candidate nationwide. Ed Johnson - Vice President/Director of Operations

Ed has an extensive client relations, service operations and information technology management background. His career management approach is rooted in the very deep and thorough understanding of business process management and productivity improvement he developed for employers including transportation operations centers with staff of several hundred. Ed is known as a straight-shooter that tells it like it is. Clients love his clear, directive style that helps them attain a high level of job search effectiveness. No one is better at organizing and prioritizing the job search components and activities that will drive success. Ed has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Oregon.
Jim Clark - Associate Partner

Jim is action-oriented, yet easy going, with over 25 years VP level, national and international level experience in marketing, sales, and customer service. He has held Vice President positions responsible for managing and directing marketing, sales, budgeting, shipping and customer service for several international organizations. As National Accounts Sales Manager for Polaroid Corporation, he developed customized programs for all national account sales activities throughout the Western United States. As District Manager with Kimberly-Clark Corp. he was the official trainer for all new sales employees. His educational background includes Pacific Lutheran University, Wayland Baptist University, Columbia Basin College, Xerox Advanced Sales training and American Management Association and American Marketing Association programs and courses. Jim is able to analyze and correct inconsistent, impractical and inefficient processes and practices. He now successfully markets individuals.
Joel A. Kasparian - Advisor

Joel is Mr. enthusiasm. He is resourceful, creative and energetic in helping others achieve their objectives. His personal slogan: "Make it happen," sums up what he's all about. For 10 years he has tackled the toughest job search, transition and career guidance challenges in the diversity that is California. He takes a very can-do approach to every employment case, infusing clients with understanding, skill, confidence, motivation, courage and optimism. He's also an exceptional teacher, manager and trainer. His education includes a BA in International Relations from Brigham Young University and a Masters in Public Administration with an emphasis in International Development Administration from the University of Utah. Carl D. McIntosh - East Coast Director

Born and raised in a diverse community in New York City, Carl is deeply sensitive and understanding of people from all walks of life. He is imbued with compassion and a desire to assist all human beings achieve their greatest potential. For Carl, it is a life calling, one that he knew he would follow as friends and family came to him for advice and assistance in their hour of need. Carl is highly competitive, as MVP on his High School basketball team it was his drive, determination and passion that made him successful. He turned down scholarship offers to play college ball, choosing to chart a professional course that would be focused on making a genuine difference in people lives. Carey Hochman - Senior Career Manager

Robert Tobys - Director of Marketing/IT Manager/Webmaster

Robert began his career in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) after completing his BS. During his time as a GIS Manager, he continued his education and received his MBA. After realizing how much he enjoyed melding his technologic and IT knowledge with online marketing, Robert transitioned his career toward the Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) industries. Alexa Memory - Director of Communications

Alexa has diverse experiences in human resources, technical recruiting, client relationship management, staff management, and quality assurance. She is results-driven with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Alexa draws on her recruiting expertise when advising individuals on career changes, job searching tools and techniques as well as networking strategies. Her achievements include creating a quality management system, which was ISO-9000 certified. Passionate about coaching others through self-discovery, she empowers individuals to follow their true career aspirations. Having lived abroad and with roots on the east coast, she has decided to settle in the Northwest. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Wake Forest University and is a part-time student in Portland State University's Master in Counseling program. She is a Member of the Northwest Corporate Recruiters Association and the Portland Chapter of the International Association of Career Management professionals. In addition, Alexa is working towards becoming a Nationally Certified Counselor. She has passed the National Counselors Exam through the National Board of Certified Counselors.
