Next you will learn the Notus job search process and apply your new knowledge, techniques and tools to your search. Included in this section are actual phone calls to demonstrate each principle. It's been said that "people seldom improve when they have only themselves to model after." You will not only have access to a unique set of job searching tools giving you a decided advantage over your competition, but the modeling to ensure their proper application.
Finally, you will get to walk through the interviewing process one-on-one with Rhett. Wonder how to answer that salary question, without jeopardizing the position and yet not leave any money on the table? How about why you left your last position? Why are man hole covers round? Watch as you see an interview take place to demonstrate not only the correct content of the answer, but the delivery and presentation as well. Lastly, you will be given a client tools CD that contains a variety of Notus proprietary documents and tools including resume, cover letter, DC Letter, P2P and P3 documents to name a few. Your coaching is limited to 5 sessions, are personalized and one-on-one and can include help in any area of the search including focusing, job searching, interviewing and negotiating. Notus will partner with you in applying our proven process to your search and help you to act upon the recommendations of your coach.
